These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of MailID (“Service”), a SaaS email signature management solution provided by BlueCloud Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MailID is a cloud-based platform that enables organizations to centrally manage, control, and deploy standardized email signatures and templates across their users.

2. Eligibility

  • You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization when registering and using the Service.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, billed per user, per year (or per agreed term).
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription term.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
  • Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to third parties without written approval.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you provide (“Customer Data”).

  • You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely for providing and improving the Service.
  • We do not access your email content; only metadata required for applying signatures is processed.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of Customer Data.

6. Data Protection & Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect Customer Data.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueCloud Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you will retain access to export your Customer Data for 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, remains our intellectual property.
  • You retain ownership of your Customer Data and any content you create using the Service.
  • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
