How do I install the MailID Outlook add-in?
You can install the add-in from Microsoft AppSource or directly from office 365 Admin center.
Which versions of Outlook are supported?
MailID supports Outlook 2019, 2021, Microsoft 365, and Outlook on the web. Both Windows and Mac versions are supported.
Why isn't the add-in showing up in my Outlook?
This usually happens due to: 1) Admin restrictions in your organization, 2) Outdated Outlook version, 3) Add-in not properly installed, or 4) Outlook running in safe mode. Try restarting Outlook or contact your IT administrator.
How do I sign in to the add-in?
Addin automatically sign in to office 365 as your Outlook sign in
Can I use different signatures for different emails?
Yes! The add-in allows you to select from your available signatures before sending each email.
Why are my signatures not loading?
Check your internet connection.
How do I update my signature in the add-in?
Signatures are automatically synced from your MailID account.
The add-in is running slowly. What can I do?
Slow performance can be caused by large signature files, poor internet connection, or Outlook running many add-ins. Try reducing image sizes in signatures and disable unnecessary add-ins.
Can I use the add-in without an internet connection?
The add-in requires an internet connection to sync signatures. However, recently used signatures may be cached for offline use in some cases.
How do I uninstall the add-in?
Outlook web Addin is installed by the Office 365 Tenant administrator from the Office 365 Admin center.It can be removed by the Tenant Admin
