How do I set up company-wide signature templates?

As an administrator, go to MailID Portal Defualt Template > Define the structure, required fields, and design elements.

Can I customize the signature design and layout?

Yes! MailID offers easy to use editor with customizable elements including text blocks, images and dividers. You can adjust fonts, colors, spacing, and alignment to match your brand guidelines.

How do I configure user permissions and roles?

In the Admin panel, go to Roles. You can assign roles like Admin, approver, or editor. Each role has different permissions for creating templates, managing users and approving templates.

What are the image requirements for signatures?

Images should be under 1MB, preferably in PNG or JPG format.

Can I integrate MailID with our existing systems?

Yes, MailID offers REST APIs for user management, signature deployment, and analytics. We also support webhooks for real-time updates. Integration documentation and API keys are available in your account settings.

How do I configure automatic signature updates?

MailID by defualt use auto-sync feature to update users data and Outlook Addin automatically pulls updated signatures when employee details change.

What compliance and legal disclaimers can I add?

You can add custom legal disclaimers, confidentiality notices, and compliance text to templates. These can be mandatory fields that appear in all signatures.

How do I configure signatures for different departments?

You can create addtional templates and assign Active directory groups to it.

Can I schedule signature campaigns or updates?

Yes, you can schedule signature updates for specific dates, such as holiday campaigns, event promotions, or seasonal branding. Set start and end dates, and signatures will automatically revert after the campaign period.
